Givenchy Winter 2014 Makeup Look

This winter look is extremely easy to achieve at home in a few simple steps.

The Eyes

A cream eyeliner is to be applied all along the water line going into the corner of the eye. If this does not give the desired look some cream eye shadow in the corner of the eye can enhance this.

Use a light coloured mascara, perhaps a brown and curl the eye lashes to complete this stunning look.

The Eyebrows

A new concept which is becoming popular. This can be achieved in two different ways. The first being to bleach the eyebrows. However if this isn’t preferable then this look can be created using makeup. First, use a Concealer pencil. Sketch it into the eyebrow and brush in the upwards direction. The pencil wax will coat the hair. Then using a light concealer which is the same colour as your complexion. Use a spoolie brush to brush the concealer into the brows. To finish the look use clear brow gel on top to set the makeup.

The Skin

Use a light natural looking foundation that matches your complexion, this gives a more natural cold look. Highlight the top of your cheekbones, between the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose. Then lightly contour the temples of your face and on the underside of the cheekbones, to help define the cheek. Giving your face depth and tone.

The Lips

A nude coloured lipstick is preferable to lip gloss. However if the lipstick is too light then there is a risk of looking washed out therefore it is best to pick a shade with a bit of colour.
