11 Random Facts About Suyani

1. I was born in Thailand so Thai was my mother tongue rather than English, but since I moved here since I was young, I’m fluent in English too.
2. Along with English and Thai, I have also studied French, German and Chinese Mandarin for 5 years. I’m also self-teaching Korean.
3. I am OBSESSED with k-pop. Really. My ultimate bias is a draw between L (Infinite) and V (BTS). The beauty is indescribable.
4. I actually prefer Thai and Korean music over English music, my phone and i-pod contains literally 0 English songs…
5. In the future, I really want to travel abroad and go on holiday with my friends (even though they will probably kill me after I annoy them so much)…
6. After graduation, I actually want to travel around Asia, which will also let me put my Chinese skills to good use
7. I owned a ukulele once…didn’t play it, so my 1 year old nephew took it as his and now I’ve owned a guitar for the past 2 years and still don’t know how to play….
8.  When I’m older, I really want to own a dog, either a Pomeranian or a Pomsky (a mix of Pomeranian and a Husky…the CUTEST thing you will ever set your eyes on).
9. I have a really bad phobia of heights.
10. I have really bad motion sickness, being stuck on a plane for 12 hours is literally almost hell for me
11. I’m actually allergic to mosquitoes…which is really ironic since I’m from Thailand and the population of mosquitoes there is probably higher than the population of actual people….

1. What three words would you use to best describe yourself? 
Out-going, Friendly, Energetic
2. What makes you happiest?
Whenever I go on holiday to Thailand to see my family, and also occasionally my aunt takes me to the beach or shopping and that’s amazing because 1) Thai beaches are beautiful and 2) Thai clothes are just my style and they’re SO much cheaper too.
3. Why did you start blogging?
It started after I was having a conversation with Ling about Korean cosmetics and we just thought that doing a blog would be interesting since we can write about things we know about and have fun while writing it. Also, we thought it’d be interesting to add other languages onto our blog too, even though it’s been hectic translating everything but it’s been rather interesting too.
4. Who's your favourite actor/actress?
Since I watch Asian dramas, my favourite actors and actresses are actually Thai, if I had to pick then probably Anne Thongprasom and then actor has to be Nadech Kukimiya.
5. Favourite TV programme?
My favourite programme has to be Running Man which is Korean, if you have time check it out with English subtitles on kshowonline.com
6. What is your favourite quote?
I actually thought of a quote a few years back and it’s my favourite, “Find someone that makes the word ‘forever’ seem too short”, I’m such a romantic
7. What's your guilty pleasure?
Probably Asian dramas, I can honestly stay up all night till 7am watching them. It’s a really bad and unhealthy habit
8. If you could visit any place in the world where would it be?
Truthfully, I want to travel around Thailand because I haven’t seen much of it and also probably China and South Korea too.
9. Who gives you style envy? 
I really like how my friends dress, I feel like if I just take some stuff out of each of their wardrobes, it will literally make my perfect dream outfit…is that weird?
10. What are you most proud of?
I’m quite proud of the fact that I can speak a lot of languages and that I’ll be the first in my entire family to graduate from a university from abroad.
11. What is your favourite book? 
I LOVE the Starcrossed trilogy by Josephine Angelini, the plots links to Greek mythology and since I have a general interest in this area anyway, this book is perfect for me. Also, she has a new trilogy coming out and I’m currently reading the first book (it was released last month) and it’s PERFECTION!!
