This seasons current hair trend is the centre-parted wave, which has been recently seen on catwalks by big brands such as Louis Vuitton, Emilio Pucci, Isabel Marant, Stella McCartney, Mary Katrantzou and Burberry Prosum. This style has also been spotted on quite a few celebrities, for instance, Sarah Jessica Parker supported this look recently. This hairstyle is well suited to those who have multi tonal hair as the waves allow the light to hit the hair and enforce the multi tonal effect.
The simplest way to achieve this look is by braiding your hair down a centre parting when the hair is slightly damp before bed. In the morning loosen the braids and gently shake out the waves. Then apply sea salt spray, mouse or hairspray to hold the waves in place.
